These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website at gryd.app (the “Site”), operated by GRYD Group Limited.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What the Site Currently Does

The Site is a pre-launch informational website for GRYD, a community-of-communities platform for the gay and queer community. The Site provides information about the GRYD platform and allows visitors to register their interest in being notified when the platform launches.

The Site does not currently offer account creation, event booking, payment processing, or any transactional services. When the GRYD platform launches, separate and more comprehensive Terms of Service will apply.

3. Interest Registration

When you register your interest through the Site, you voluntarily provide personal information including your name, email address, city, and a self-selected category indicating your interest in GRYD.

By submitting this information, you:

• Confirm that the information you provide is accurate and relates to you
• Consent to GRYD Group Limited contacting you by email with updates about the GRYD platform, its launch, features, and related news
• Acknowledge that registering interest does not create an account, guarantee access to the platform, or constitute a contractual commitment by either party

You can withdraw your consent and request removal from our mailing list at any time by contacting hello@gryd.app or using the unsubscribe link included in every email we send.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, the GRYD brand name, taglines, and design elements, is the property of GRYD Group Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without prior written permission from GRYD Group Limited.

You agree not to use the Site in any way that:
